I'm a middle aged psychologist who lives in Elkins Park with my wife of more than 25 years, Susan Moyer.  We have lived in Elkins Park since 2005, which is 25 minutes away from Anne's Choice where Susan works and about that far from two of my three locations, a bit further from my third.  A few years ago we were  a block and a half away from a great walk along the river in East Falls, and we miss it.  But now we have other great walks close to our house in Elkins Park, which we take all to infrequently. But we do get to have a yard bigger than a postage stamp, which we enjoy a great deal -- Susan working in it, me looking at it.

Here is this years Christmas letter.

And here is a collection of
personal photos I've uploaded over the years.  It has gotten to be quite extensive.  You could almost say I've got an online scrap book.
This is the new house.  It is a 50's style "modern" ranch house individually designed by Allan Berkowitz for his uncle Sam Berkowitz and built in 1951.  It has a wall of windows looking out onto the back yard and lots of space, all of it accessible without stairs. Check out the personal photos for more shots, including the real estate shots that show what it was like before we started to make changes.
